Dash Ledger Privacy Policy

Dash Ledger is a mileage, earnings and expense tracker for delivery drivers. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: your records stay on your phone. We don't collect, see, sell or share them.

What the app stores

Everything you type into Dash Ledger (shifts, odometer readings, miles, hours, pay, tips, expenses, notes, settings and estimated tax payments) is saved only on your own device, in the app's local storage. It is not sent to us or to any server we run. We have no account system and cannot see your data.

What we collect

Nothing. Dash Ledger has no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts or device identifiers.

Files you create

When you download a report (PDF or CSV) or a backup file, it is saved to your device or shared to the app you choose. Where that file goes after that is up to you.

Third-party services

To show its fonts and build PDF reports, the app loads standard files from Google Fonts and the Cloudflare cdnjs library service. Those requests include normal technical information such as your IP address, as with any web request, but no information you enter in the app. If you install Dash Ledger from an app store, that store's own privacy policy covers the purchase and download.

Deleting your data

You can delete any shift or expense in the app. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, removes all of your records from the device. Keep a backup file if you want to restore them later.

Children

Dash Ledger is intended for adults who work as delivery drivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
